Phase 1 Round Robin "Switch" Format

• 7 Rounds of Matches
  
• Trios are paired with each other to create Squads of 6 players each
  
• Each Squad consists of 1 Trio from Group A and 1 Trio from Group B
  
• Squads play a Bo1 TDM against their determined opponent
  
• Before each new round, trios swap pairings and opponents
  
• Trios are ranked among their Group based on their overall W-L record
  
• Tiebreakers:
  
• Trio’s average eliminationss per round during Round Robin Mixer
  
• Trio’s total eliminations contribution (Total Trio eliminations divided by Total Squad eliminations) during Round Robin Mixer
  

Phase 2 (Bracket Phase)

• Top 4 Group A Teams & Top 4 Group B Teams compete in a single-elim bracket
  
• #1 Group A Team paired with #4 Group B Team, and so on
  
• Semifinals & Finals to determine overall winner, no 3rd place match​

We are excited to bring you the following informative panels

Food & Vendors

MWF23 hopes to building a tradition of opening our Vendor Row for talented creators to showcase and sell their creations to our community of gamers, influencers and spectators. It is out goal to bring together a variety of vendors in each year.

All Vendors will be given access to a single 8 ft table and two chairs. The floor plan location will be advised closer to the event.

Due to table space limitations, not every applicant can be accepted.

If your application is accepted, you will be notified 7 days after the application process is closed.

All tables will come on a first come, first served basis.

Space will be available to operate from the following times:

Friday: 11am - close

Saturday: 10am - close

All tables will go for $500 for both days. Ask about our VIP vendor spots for $1000
